"Qui est fou, qui ne l'est pas ? "
Cet écrit s'adresse à tout public et aussi bien aux malades qu’aux soignants. Il retrace mon parcours d'infirmier et l’évolution des pratiques. Ce métier, que j'ai commencé avec enthousiasme dans les années 1980, je l'ai terminé dans la désillusion, contraint de faire taire mon expérience devenue un véritable fardeau. On ne soigne plus des personnes, des sujets pensants, mais des neurones, des synapses... Désormais simple branche de la médecine, la psychiatrie doit accorder toute sa confiance aux neurosciences et découvrir les gènes responsables, identifier les marqueurs de la folie. Car il y a forcément quelque part un dérèglement organique à traiter. Et les attaches ont trouvé tout naturellement leur place dans les pharmacies, à côté des médicaments, comme des outils indispensables pour travailler.
Pourtant, ceux que l'on qualifie d'insensés ressemblent beaucoup aux gens ordinaires. Et au fil des années, je me suis rendu compte qu'en soignant les fous, je comprenais davantage les gens normaux. On a tous des fragilités et on est tous un jour susceptibles de décompenser.
Ce livre qui s'appuie sur la parole des patients et aussi sur les égarements des soignants jette un doute, au point d'amener le lecteur à se demander : "qui est fou, qui ne l'est pas ?"
Peut-être qu’un jour, j’ose l’espérer, on parviendra à inverser le courant actuel qui conduit la psychiatrie à la dérive pour redécouvrir une nouvelle pratique, capable de remobiliser les énergies, de combattre la bureaucratie et ses gestionnaires. Une pratique humaine, presque artisanale, comme celle d’hier.

Actuellement en formation CDS sur l'IFCS de la Croix Rouge de Nice, et pour mon travail de recherche intégrée dans le master que je validerai en juin 2024, j'étudie les compétences infirmières nécessaire en psychiatrie et les moyens de les développer notamment dans les formations continues pour les nouveaux infirmiers en poste.
Pour cela, j'ai donc établi un questionnaire d'enquête que je voudrais soumettre à des professionnels exerçants dans les établissements de santé mentale.
Je sais que de part vos fonctions, vous êtes en lien avec de nombreux professionnels que je souhaiterais toucher et je voudrais savoir s'il serait possible de profiter de votre réseau pour diffuser mon enquête.

Bonjour, Envoyez votre questionnaire, je le transmettrai aux collègues. J'imagine que vous avez croisé les réquisits en psychiatrie élaborés par les collègues de Charles Perrens il y a trente ans. Christiane Vanderkam a écrit, en 2006, dans la revue Soins psychiatrie, n°242 : Une charte de l'exercice professionnel, du fait humain au fait psychiatrique qui s'en inspire. Les collègues de Bordeaux, après la suppression des études d'ISP avaient élaboré un contenu de formation au soin en psychiatrie. Ils ont même élaboré une formation d'un an (tout comme les collègues de Montfavet) destinée à servir de base à une spécialisation en psychiatrie. Je suis intervenu à celle de Montfavet qui a fonctionné de 2002 à 2004. J'en étais même un des enseignants les plus réguliers. L'Association de Santé Mentale du XIIIème arrondissement (ASM XIII) propose depuis son origine (le début des années 60) une formation complémentaire d'un an à tous les infirmiers. Je cherche des lieux et des opportunités pour proposer un hommage à Camille Claudel (pour le 80e anniversaire de sa disparition) sous la forme d'une expo (22 photographies sur faïence d'Italie) et d'une lecture-concert.
40 000 malades mentaux sont morts dans les hôpitaux psychiatriques en France sous le règne de Vichy, confrontés aux pires privations. La plupart d’entre eux n’ont pas bénéficié d’une sépulture car les hôpitaux d’autrefois comptaient une proportion importante de patients sans famille connue ou dont la pauvreté des parents ne permettait pas de pourvoir aux funérailles. Toutes ces personnes étaient de ce fait inhumés la plupart du temps en pleine terre, sans cercueil le plus souvent, et dans des fosses communes.
Ce projet d’exposition souhaite leur rendre hommage et en particulier à la plus célèbre d’entre elles, Camille Claudel, qui nous a quittés il y a 80 ans et dont le corps fut inhumé d’abord dans le carré des aliénés puis ses restes transférés dans l’ossuaire de Montfavet dans le Vaucluse. En songeant notamment à elle, j’ai peuplé le domaine de Ville Evrard de frêles sculptures éphémères, aux couleurs délibérément vives dont l'expo conservera la trace. Voir fichiers joints.
Par ailleurs, je propose une lecture-concert pour évoquer Camille Claudel avec un récit fervent et grave de Michèle Desbordes : la robe bleue dont la langue atteint son point d'excellence pour nous dire la tragédie calme de l'être aux limites de soi.

Médecin-Directeur de la Clinique de La Borde, de 1953 à 2014, compagnon de François Tosquelles et de quelques autres, Jean Oury a élaboré des outils conceptuels pour mieux comprendre et éclairer sa praxis. Il s’agit d’une authentique métapsychologie, socle épistémo-critique concernant l’institution, le collectif, la folie, la mort.
Ce présent ouvrage est un Abécédaire conceptuel, recensement et démarche définitionnelle de trente notions issues de « la boite à outils » du Dr Oury, celle-ci s’inspirant de Kierkegaard, de Tosquelles, et de Lacan.
L’auteur, animé d’un désir de transmission chevillé au corps, invite le lecteur à s’immerger « dans cette modeste contribution à ce qui devrait être le souci majeur de tout praticien : tracer chaque jour son champ d’action, redéfinir ses outils, ses concepts, lutter contre sa propre nocivité afin de préserver ce domaine toujours menacé : l’éthique. »
Cet « Abécédaire » provisoire de psychothérapie institutionnelle aurait sa place dans toutes les écoles d’éducateurs.
